About the Story

God is still in the business of doing Impossible things! We serve a God who still operates in the miraculous today. If you are facing an impossibility in your life be encouraged! God can take any impossibility and make all things possible. Even in the darkest times with the most difficult situations.

Believe
for the
Impossible

We want to encourage you to believe for the Impossible. There are no equations or formulas to receive a miracle. Every miracle that Jesus did in scripture was different. Why? Jesus didn’t want us to rely on a formula or equation. He wanted us to rely on Him. How do we rely on Him? We believe that you can position yourself for a miracle. Which is exactly what we did in John’s situation.

How do you position yourself for the impossible to become possible? The Bible gives us some pretty specific things to do to position our lives to receive a miracle. Our prayer and desire is to be able to share with the world what God taught us through one of the most incredible miracles that we have heard of and seen in modern times. We hope that you will believe that with God any possibility that you are facing will be made possible. God is opening up some incredible doors to be able to share this story with people around the world. We look forward to you experiencing the Impossible in your own life. We want to share with you some of the doors God is opening:

About About

Behind the Story

The Impossible is a revelation of prayers immediate and powerful impact through the true account of a family whose son died and miraculously recovered.

Through the years and the struggles, when life seemed more about hurt and loss than hope and mercy, God was positioning the Smiths for something extraordinary the death and resurrection of their son.

When Joyce Smith’s 14-year-old son John fell through an icy Missouri lake one winter morning, she and her family had seemingly lost everything. At the hospital, John lay lifeless for more than 60 minutes. They asked themselves, How could God do this to us? But Joyce was not ready to give up on her son. She mustered all her faith and strength and cried out to God in a loud voice to save her son.

Immediately, her son’s heart miraculously started beating, again!

In the coming days, her son would defy every expert, every case history, and every scientific prediction. Sixteen days after falling through the ice and being clinically dead for an hour, John Smith walked out of the hospital under his own power, completely healed.

The Impossible is about a profound truth: prayer really does work. God uses it to remind us that He is always with us, and when we combine it with unshakable faith, nothing is impossible.
